CHICAGO BOOT CAMP!

Boot Camp is Ultimate Fitness’s revolutionary cross training program. Boot Camp runs in six week sessions, five days a week from 6am to 7am. We begin a new session every other month. Please contact us to find out when our next course starts.

This course develops all aspects of fitness and functionality by beginning with a strong foundation and continually adding new training techniques as the session progresses. Boot camp has a mixture of challenging days and lighter, recovery days to both improve your fitness level and to prevent overtraining. This is the kind of complete training done by professional athletes to develop all aspects of fitness.

The key to any successful fitness program is one simple word: Variety. The human body is a marvelous machine meant to move at different speeds, strengths, angles and intensities. Your body adapts to anything you throw at it. Fat loss, muscle tone, increased flexibility, and endurance are all by-products of this adaptation. By constantly changing your exercise method you continue to adapt, which means you blow past plateaus and barriers by keeping your body guessing and improving. It’s called “Muscular Confusion”. It’s the secret of professional athletes everywhere and the core of Boot Camp.

Boot Camp’s trainer is a former Navy SEAL and Pro Fighter. He took the knowledge of elite military units and professional athletes and combined it with his work as a personal trainer, gym manager, and author of fitness education materials to create a system that will give you results in functionality, appearance and overall health.

This is a comprehensive fitness course with a progressive approach that is great for getting in shape, athletic cross training, overall health, or kicking up your current training program.

Boot Camp’s Trainer is ACSM certified, spent five years as a Navy SEAL and was a Pro Muay Thai Kick Boxer (23-1-0). He has years of training, coaching, and teaching experience with individuals, groups, and seminars.
